Ok, just got home after accompanying my parents for breakfast and to get some groceries. i'm a little tired as i slept at 1am last night catching the Olympic. My favourite sports event, Swimming.

Making the headlines, from USA, Michael Phelps.

This guy is hella fast. He did an outstanding performance last night in the Mens Individual Medley 400m. Phelps break the World Record with his time of 04:08:26. Woo hoo. You guys should see how he race man. The gap between the others and him make it a little hard to close it! Way to go Phelps~~~

Next, she's the woman whom i supported in the Sydney games 2000. From Netherlands, Inge De Bruijn. This girl broke the World and Olympic Records in the 2000 games. She made it again last night, but didn't manage to break through. But still she's good, really good!

Lastly, my all time favourite swimmer, from the Aussie, Ian Thorpe. He managed to touch the wall first, albeit narrowly in the 400m Freestyle, this torpedo guy didn't race well last night. The last lap was just so intense that i am so worried as Grant Hackett (compatriot) was just inches away! Sheez..
